I searched around a long time and decided on this because of it's nice specs and low price. I am surprised by this laptop. It has aluminum paneling around the keyboard which acts as a heat sink (the rest is plastic), something you normally only find in high end laptops, most laptops have plastic paneling. Because of this aluminum, ASUS didn't need loud high powered fans. This laptop is QUIET. This laptop sports a Pentium i5 2.4ghz processor, while other laptops at this price point only have i3's. It also has a usb 3.0 port, which is nice. The rest of the specs are pretty on par with others in it's price range. It has a chiclet style keyboard which is very comfortable and the keys click in a satisfying way. Even though it has a powerful processor the battery life is amazing! I get 7 hours of battery on a full charge with the lowest screen brightness (which is still a little bright for...
